kim hello- There is a glitch that happens…when i delete a question from the front end of my site ALL the answers in Q&A disappear. This Q&A is my premier level membership and my members are paying for these answers. I wrote in about this once already and recieved NO help please advise this is critical.

Thank you for your feedback, we have released the latest version of DW Question & Answer ( 1.2.5 ) and fixed this bug.
About the answer was deleted, we just move it into trash box, please check it on your Dashboard > DW Q&A > Answers

kim gorgo@bighug how do I recover my answers. The last time I had to do a site restore (just for this) and it recovered my answers…which means they are somewhere in the database….BUT i can not restore this time so what can DW do?
When I upgrade will this recover my lost answers and replies? And I do not know what you mean by “about the answer was deleted, we just move it into trash box”. What do you mean? My deleted answers vanished from the front and back end and are nit in the trash either. I’ve been searching in my database tables and having to restore my site to recover these answers. Are you saying once I upgrade the answers will appear in the trash? I sure hope so this has been quite a headache for us. please advise and thanks kim
I am so frustrated! I upgraded to 1.2.5 and I still can’t get my answers back! How do I recover these weeks of answers I put hours into that my clients pay to read? They are not in the trash I am trying to tell you guys they are gone from front AND back end (and of course I looked in the trash for them that’s ridiculously simple I wouldn’t be freaking out if this was simple).
Please get back to me I have been going through this for days and I have paying members complaining.

Please stay calm and we will work out the case together.
” The last time I had to do a site restore (just for this) and it recovered my answers” >> Do you still keep this backup file from the last time you restore your site? If yes, please send it to me via email: [email protected] and I will recover the answers for you.
One thing to keep in mind that every updated version of the plugin, it only fixes bugs for the previous version, it does not relate to the database and deleted answers.
Anyway, stay calm, buy some time from your client and we will work things out.
thanks but I hired a developer to relocate the folders that the DW answers were in and we restored those folders.

also the answers are gone from the backend too
