Going to walk through one by one with the install issues – on my third try and still cant get it to work.

  1. I am not getting Unyson as a recommended plugin – If I search/install manually through the plugins, it does not work.
  2. as a result, I am not getting the required extensions to show up.
  3. If I click install required and recommended plugins, It get an error message = \”Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.\”
  4. I bought this through creative market…how do I get my license key?

Regards, Glenn

We have fixed this issue and update the download package to the Creative Market, you can go to the profile to download the theme now. About the license key, I will create a payment for your account in designwall site and you find the key from the profile.

Hey Folks.  Still not working.  I get it loaded and installed/load plugins.  Not getting extensions options and running into the error code again.

I deleted the previous versions of WordPress and installed the theme again (about 5 times) – still same errors. I installed Unyson before the theme – got a bit further and was able to install the woocommerce and quickview. I then went to install the recommended extensions and I got the error message again.

You no need to install the unyson plugin, we have included this framework into the theme.

I did it without the plugins and still get the error message – thats why I installed it separately.

I was able to get the them installed and all the extensions – upon installing the demo content.  I get the error message again.

Can you guys install this? I have wasted enough time trying to figure it out.

I have narrowed down the problem – It is the DW quick view plugin.  I renamed the wp/plugin folder to unplugged and created and empty “plugin” folder.  I then dragged each plugin back to the new plugin folder, activated and refreshed the wp admin.  Once I activated the quick view plugin and installed, I then went back to the plugin folder and got the error – sorry you are not allowed to access this page.
