Megamenu item in Focus II: All news

Hi! In a web built on Focus II, I´m trying to set a Megamenu item to shows “ALL THE NEWS”, so all the news in all categories. But, If I create a new category “ALL THE NEWS” which includes all categories, the problem is that the Menu only shows “ALL THE NEWS” item, and the rest are hidden (actually, are displayed INSIDE “ALL THE NEWS”, but not in the Menu bar.
How can I do that? Thank you
