Microsoft Edge and Firefox: No questions possible

You can send me your site URL for further checking. I have checked on our demo and the plugin still working fine. 

I have checked your site and I think this is the conflict between the plugins, you can disable all the plugin to check it. If you still face their issue, you can let me know and send me username & password of your site for further checking.

Have you tried to disable all the plugin to check this issue? I have checked your site but I can not disable all the plugin. I need your acceptance.

We have checked your site and see that you have customized the DW Q&A plugin. In this case, we have fixed in the following files:

– File: wp-config.php
define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);

– Disable the code in the functions.php file

– And in the wp-includes\js\tinymce\themes\modern\theme.js line 8299

if(typeof format === ‘string’){
return false;
}

– Fix inc/Handle.php lin 343.

Dominic, i have to come back once again. After an (i think) automatic Update of WordPress the Problem exists again. (if using Microsoft Edge and Firefox it is not possible to write Text into the Editor-Box.) I have checked wp-config.php, this seems to be ok. The other 3 Files are not checked because i can’t find what you have changed in detail. 
Please look once again. You have FTP-user and PW which are valid. Let me know what you fix so hopefully i can manage this after the next updates by myself.
