Missing Menu Icon | DesignWall

I just installed DW-Magz, and I have chosen Style 1 for the header, but I do not have a menu icon in the top-left corner of the page. I do have Show Off-Canvas Sidebar set to YES. And this problem persists across all pages and posts.

Hi,
To display the menu icon and Show Off-Canvas Sidebar section look like demo, you can log in to Dashboard > Appearance > Widget then add the widget to the Off-canvas Sidebar.
