Chris ArnoldI have a bug I was hoping you could help me with…when a guest user (logged out) attempts to submit a comment to either a question or an answer, they get the error message “Missing name information”. Even if the name and email fields are filed.

DominicI have checked your site and I think you are using another plugin about the comment anđ conflicting with the DW Q&A, you can try to disable all the plugin to check this issue.
Thanks for the quick reply, Dominic. I tried to test for a conflicting plugin by deactivating all of them as suggested, but the functionality issue didn’t change.
I think you have found the solution and fixed this issue.
