1. Does the system only resize featured image?
2. When the image is being resized, where it is going to be stored? can we customized the folder where it is going to be saved ?… and resize quality?

Please find my answers below:
1. To resize the featured image, you can go to Dashboard > Setting > Media and change it here
2. About customize the folder, sorry that we do not support this yet. The images will be save at \wp-content\uploads
3. To automatically resize the featured image, you can use this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
