My answers seem lost, but my questions appear

My questions appear here, but my answers no longer appear :

Is there a way to get my answers back?
I do have an old file named ‘db-wp_posts-0’ which appears to contain the answers.
Is there a way to insert this back into a folder and have my answers display again?
