I have the DW Focus: News Slider widget in my Home Content, but the pictures do not change on their own.  It does not matter what I have the interval time set at.  I am running version 1.0.3

I’m afraid that you do not set time for the slider yet. Please see the following screenshot to know more information. If you still face the same issues, let me know your admin account and password , so I can have a closer look and know what exactly is wrong with your site. Please send those information via our contact form: http://designwall.com/contact-us/

I’ve found the slider will not START sliding on its own, but will slide continually if you click on one of the other articles to get it going. This might be the real issue here. Is there a way to get it to start sliding on its own? That would be much nicer.

@ Eric !

To resolve this issue. Firstly, you can open the functions.php file /go to line 178 and remove the following code:

 wp_enqueue_script('dw_focus', DW_TEMPLATE_URI . 'assets/js/custom.js',array('jquery','bootstrap') );

Next, log in to Dashboard > theme > customize > General Settings then add the following code to the “DW Focus footer script”

If you still face the issue, you can send me username & password of your site,I will help you solve this issue.

my site is installed and its ok, the only thing i didnt figured out is the slider will not START sliding on its own, but will slide continually if you click on one of the other articles to get it going. i didnt found how to make it slide by itself without need the users to click on it to slide.
