No notifications when an answer is posted

Hi
On our paid version of Q&A Pro, we have no notification going out after an anwser is posted.
The settings are ok.
Our mailserver is ok (others WordPress notifications are going out).

Help very welcome so solve that quickly

Could you send me the username & password of your site for further checking?

Hello Dominic. We are behind a DAS/SSO authentification system, I won’t give you my personnal username and password and we don’t have shadow user that should be used.

Please let me know where we should take a look in order to fix that prob

Hi, we really need some help now on this topic. The DWQA pro is unusable without the answer notification to the question author. It’s an emergency now, we planned to be online today but without your help we cannot. Here are the error messages :

I can’t, dbourrion and I are in the same institution, it is the same situation.
NB : because of this issue, of course we receive no more your notifications 🙂

We have fixed this issue, we will release the latest version in the next week. If you want to fix on your site, you can copy the code from here: http://snippi.com/s/qqtodmx
then paste/override the code to the wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/inc/Notification.php file.
