not getting private answer email notification

My previous question is detect from this forum which is weird.

and I still have the same problem. my clients are not getting the reply instantly because I am not getting email notification for their private answer. something I can’t know they reply on the topic until I manually check the forum topic. could you please help me regarding this issue.

I use the latest plugin which you sent me in my email. but it does not solve my problem.
