Page Layout

Hi there,
I bought the plugin today and am immediately facing issues straight upon implementation.
Today I started two questions and upon checking the question I get a strange black box in the centre asking me who I want to allocate the question to.
Also, the question topic shows at the top of my page when you click on it and its also very strange
Not a good start
