HW LeeTo resolve this issue, you can add the following code to the style.css file:
.list-dwqa-question .content {
margin-bottom: 545px !important;
min-height: 189px !important;
}

My other computer seems to be fine with scrolling issue. I think this is something to do with my own computer problem. Thank you anyway for this.
