Permanet Link Not Working

I installed QW plug in in my blog – http://AnilMahato.com . I follow the exact guide as provided in the guids section, but whenever i post some question, i get 404 error, probabably some permanet link set up issue.   domainname(.)com/question/(question) is not viewable , though question appears on domainame(.)com/question. Please help me !
