Hi, after users leaving a question, the site crashes, we are on the paid version, can you please advise on how to fix asap? You can log into the site

I have checked your site and see that Q&A plugin working fine, I think you have resolved this issue. If you still face their issue, you can send me a screenshot for further checking.
