Popular post widget doesn't update

I can’t seem to get the popular post widget to work on my site, SayAnythingBlog.com. The post it shows never changes. I assumed this widget was supposed to show the posts getting the most visits over a given amount of time?

Except it doesn’t. It freezes at one post and doesn’t update to the most visited post. It isn’t working. I purchased your theme and you promised support. This isn’t support.
