Post time is off by 7 hours?

Now, when I create a new post – even though it shows the correct time when published – it shows "7 hours ago" on the site. How can I correct it so it shows post times correctly?

Did you install the latest version of DW Focus ( 1.2.2 ) ?

Oh – I’m on 1.1.0 — checking for updates it say’s I’m up to date? How to I update?
