Printing notices for comments

I am not able to find where notices are printed for comments.
For example, if a user submits a blank comment, he should get a notice of some sort after submitting, but I don’t see any notice.

Am I missing something? Where/how can I add comment notices?

I think it should be in file : insert_comment(), in handle.php file …..

Yes, but there is no code to display it.
You can try yourself on this site.
Post an empty comment and you’ll see that you are not shown any message.

i’ve check it and so sorry at this time we don’t have function to display notice for comments 🙁
