Roberta Hello Dominic, I tried to setup the PromoBar plugin with the countdown feature, but even if I select the dated with the built-in date picker I get the wrong day count. Setting the starting point to 3rd february and the end point at 25 may I get only 9 days and few hours… Any idea why I have this problem?

I have checked your site, the DW Promobar still work fine. we have fixed the Countdown issue in the latest version, Please check again your site. From 19 /2/2014 to 25/5/2014 is 95day.
If you still face the issue, you can send me a screenshot for further checking.

Thanks for your feedback.
We are fixing the issue for the plugin DW Promobar and release the update version 1.0.2. The reason is that we set the countdown number up to 2 digits: 99:99:99. When your days are over 99, it causes this issue.
Anyhow, will let you know once we are done.

The time for the “Countdown” in the DW Promobar plugin is based on the server time of your site. Please edit the time to see if it solves the issue.
Log in to Dashboard > Settings > General Setting, then change the time in the “Timezone” section. See the screenshot:
