Hi,
I have som problems and questions with DW Question & Answer Pro version.
1. Some words in english are not translated – like “ago”. I have used Poedit, and have the correct settings in WordPress, but still words in english. I wish to translate that – please help.
2. An author don’t get emails when questions get reply – please help.
3. I wish to manually approve the answers before being posted. Please help with that.
4. I wish to have captcha on comments.
Please explain as clear as possible.

1/2. In this case, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

4. At the moment, we are checking and updating this feature in the next version. We have checked on our demo and see that the old version has some issue and you can not enable captcha for the comment section.

1/2. I’m not comfortable leaving out username & password to my site right now. Do you have an email?
I guess things needs to be changed in .php-files? Could you please describe as clearly as possible what I need to do? (Regarding line, and what the code means.)

I think the easiest solution would be if you could fix theses things in an update? I have seen many people interesting in this. And I think an update like this should not take to much of your time to do? And you would probably save a lot of time less spent on support.

1/ Yes, you can edit in the Base.php file then search the “ago” word to change.
3/ At the moment, we have not the plan to update this option for the plugin. Just used code to customize the plugin. If you want to have it, you can send me username & password of your site via private answer or email: [email protected]
We will check and help you resolve it.

I got so glad when I saw this was updated! How to update it in WordPress? Is it just to override the old installation? Or do I need to uninstall the old version first? Could you please write in the changelog what’s new?

Yes, I think you have got your answer via another forum.
For someone are interested this question. I will post our answer here:
We have released the latest version 1.0.8. You can click update button from Dashboard > Plugins. or download the latest version here and unzip the codecanyon-15057949-dw-question-answer-pro-wordpress-plugin.zip folder and unzip the dw-question-answer-pro.zip folder. And now, you need to change the dw-question-answer-pro folder name to dw-question-answer-pro-1.0.8 and zip this folder to upload to your site.

Note: Please disable the old version. Also, if you have not customized anything in the old version, you can remove it after activating the latest version.

But I have still not got a mail. Please note that I have bought this plugin and it states support included. 27 sep. I sent you a mail with questions. I have sent 3 more mails after that. But no answer on that.

Hi,
I asked this 3 weeks ago now, and still no mail
I also tried to do as you said regarding Base.php and “ago” but it did not work.
Whats new in the new updates?
Im starting to get frustrated.
