But when we try downloading it, we were warned by the anti virus that there is a virus in it. before we could try it again, they download link was not working, they said it has expired! We have not gotten any value for what we spent! can you look into this please? Thanks

dominicDon’t worry about the anti virus warns that it might be harmful to your computer. If you install the theme on WP, you can find here for the document guide on how to configure the theme: http://www.designwall.com/guide/install-theme-manually/

No, it is not permision issue… this is the admin account
I mean, your issue is file permission, you need use the FTP to change the file permission. If you still face there issue, please PM me url, admin and ftp credentials of your site, I will help you resolve this issue.
