Problem with images in blog page

Hi, first of all this theme is awesome. Going to the topic.. I have a problem with the blog pages, because when I post there a image, the image does not fit to the post, like this..

Oii Vicente…tudo bem?Eu tambem estou tendo problemas com posts neste tema,vc ja conseguiu entender estas categorias?que coisa mais estranha nao?valeuuu

Hi Vicente,
In order for the image display properly, please make sure you add the image in Feature Image section, not directly to the content of the post.
The Feature Image pane on the right hand side. Please set your image in the Feature Image.

sorry, another question, where can I load the images to then use the gallery post?
the same with the videos and audios.

You can upload the images, audios, videos via “Anadir objecto” button
