I\’ve purchased DW Knowledge base theme and installed plugins too. but I\’m not able to see Knowledge base Article and knowledge base setting. 

I\’m adding a new article with title and description but it\’s not reflecting on preview either in \”all article\” page. It\’s giving 404 content not found error.

I have checked your site and I have tested the site with the default option of the permalink and see that the site working fine. At the moment, the site won’t work with another permalink structure.
In your case, I think is that mod_rewrite is not enabled. Depending on what server you are using, enable mod_rewrite.

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you. I have checked and see that the issue come from the plugin does not compatible with your theme. In the today, we have fixed the issue. However, we have installed a plugin to check your code but this plugin does not compatible with your theme and it made break your site. Please help me remove the WP Editor plugin from FTP.
Then I will access to help you fix the issue of the DW KB. Sorry about that.
