Promobar only displays drop down arrow but arrow doesn't work

In the admin preview the promobar looks just as I’d like. I’ve enabled it and saved my preferences but it is not working for me. The dropdown arrow on the upper right of the page is visible but clicking it doesn’t perform an action. Could this be a javascript problem, perhaps it is conflicting with something on the site I’ve added it on? Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks

Hi Tikalian.
This issue has been resolved in DW PromoBar version 1.0.1.
Please download and re-install the plugin.

Hi Wilfred,

I’m currently using Version 1.0.1 when posting the original issue.

However, I went ahead and deleted the plugin. Then came back here and downloaded the plugin from the site, which provided me with Version 1.0.0. Then updated within wordpress to Version 1.0.1. I see the same issue as before. The dropdown arrow is present but clicking on it does not render an action.

One more thing Wilfred, I clicked around and I found that for some reason it works on one of the pages, the /contact/ page. But no other page works even though the drop arrow shows on every page…

I wanted to add the problem existed with a conflicting plugin the user had installed : responsive contact form.

What was the solution to fix that conflict? I’m having the same issue but do not have that particular plugin
