Putting [dwqa-submit-question-form] in template page.php

Hey,

I would like to put the [dwqa-submit-question-form] into page.php. so that it appears on every page. Now the problem is that it does also appear on a single-question-page. for example http://www.website.com/topic/questiontitle. Can you help me how to exclude the shortcode from these questions pages? Besides, it does only show the shortcode on the topic question and not the submit form but I want to have it removed anyway.

You can use the following code in your template page:

<?php echo do_shortcode('[dwqa-submit-question-form]'); ?>

Now it still appears on a topic page ( single-question-page) but this was my main question. I would like to have this shortcode excluded from the topic pages.
