cameron381I have installed the plugin and i have noticed that when a user ask a question, it is not seen by the user nor anyone else. My permissions are setup for the user to view but he cannot. Any suggestions ?

Please go to Dashboard > Questions > Settings then uncheck the option “Question must be manually approved.”
Hey Kevin thanks for your reply. That box is actually unchecked. The only way the question comes up is if i use admin login and click on the question. The funny part is that the question the user submits does not even show up in the backend

What I did to fix my issue was update my jQuery functions in functions.php as well as other fixes of enqueuing bootstrap and css

it got some javascript bug on your site at that page, that might be conflict between the plugin and your theme:

bootstrap-select.min.js?ver=4.6.1:7 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getAttribute’ of undefined
