Questions/Answers approval prior to posting

I have purchased this plugin for our site. However, we will require that the questions/answers be approved by us (admin) prior to posting. Is this possible with the current version?

Hi,
To resolve this issue, you can log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Settings > General tab, then select the Review Question check-box.
