reCaptcha conflict with DW Q&A 1.2.5

Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in public_html/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer/inc/lib/recaptcha-php/recaptchalib.php:47) in public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-captcha/lib/recaptchalib.php on line 55

When ever I activate the plugin, on the log-in screen I get the error mentioned above. Can you please help me out in it so that I can activate the plugin.

Dear Sidharth,
Plz disable google capatcha plugin to solve the problem. You already have the capatcha function in the DWQA plugin.

I tried it but I want to keep Google Capatcha!
