Remove H1 tag from the Site Title

Hi DW – First, thanks for the great theme, DW Minion.
I’d like to make the Site Title (logo) a span and not an H1 tag. Can you please direct me to the custom edit needed?

Hi,
To resolve this issue, you can open the extras.php file in the folder path “dw-minion.1.1.7\dw-minion\inc”, then find the line 73 to line 79.

Hmm, unfortunately that is the first line that I replaced. I’m still showing an tag wrapped around the site title. URL: http://www.floptimize.com

Ok – I see why it wasn’t updating. I have the theme set to use the ‘Site Title’ and not the Site Logo. How can I update the Site Title to not use an H1 tag? Is that also in the extras.php (I hadn’t seen it in there).

Hi,
Of course ! You only need to change the H1 tag in the extras.php file.
