Here is more details.

I’d like to disable Anonymous Viewing.
However, when I make the setting disable “Anonymous View Permission”,
the setting values are all reset again.
So, I can’t make it disable.

I have checked on our demo and see that it’s bug come from our plugin. In your case, you only can disable the anonymous permission for the Question section. Because you only need the user can not view and post the question. However, I tried and see that it work fine if you disable for 2 section you can not disable permission in the 3 section. I sent and notice to our technical team about this issue, we will check and fix it in the next version. We will release as soon as possible.
