SEO is overridden by the plugin

How can I change the SEO title for the question list page?
It is currently set as “Question Archive” but I’d like to include some customization. See:

I am using Yoast SEO and it works on all other pages except the base page. I.e. works here:

https://rikatillsammans.se/stall-en-fraga/

I have checked the Yoast SEO with the plugin on our local and see that it works fine. All the page have been integrated with the Yoast SEO. It alway shows under the content box of the page, post,…
