Shore more post in the listings for DW Knowledge base – Settings/Reading/ max posts is not having any effect

For example, I set the blog post to be not more than 50, hoping that I would then see up to 50 post listings in the KB listings, but alas, no luck, is only showing 12 at a time. How can I increase this number showing?

I have checked on our demo and it working fine, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

I have checked and helped you resolve this issue. to show the 50 article you need log into the Dashboard > Theme Option > Blog & single.
