Shortcodes not working with latest update on newspaper theme

Inserted shortcodes in questions pages and it’s not showing anything https://ugtechmag.com/questions/. Read somewhere that I may need to downgrade to lower version 1.3.1 or 1.3.0 until the above issue is fixed, is there a way of getting the older version please, can’t find it on codecanyon.
