Sidebar in DW Focus | DesignWall

I have a widget that I want to have appear in all my sidebars throughout the site. But it seems with all the sidebars, there isn’t one that persists throughout in DW FOCUS

Can you explain the issue a bit more detailed since I don’t quite get the idea?
