The question page goes to a 404 error. How do I fix this?

Hi Dominic
I still have 3 months of support left and I have finally got around to installing the plugin. Install went fine and I can see the question page ok. However, the question list page gets a 404 error and will not show.
I can see the page as preview only but if I want to view the page its goes straight to 404 error. I have searched the forum and noting there matches my problem I have also saved permalinks etc and still its not working.
I really need help here.
