Installing Theme from uploaded file: dw_simplex_product.zip

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the

 style.css

stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

I do have 3.5.2 wordpress version, as theme requires, therefore the wordpress version is not the problem. I need your assistance. Where can I get the theme zip that includes those missing css files?
