Isn't there Theme Options in Dashboard?

Dashboard: Theme Options

I just purchased this theme. I uploaded and installed, but in my dashboard do not have the theme options tab. Any reasons this might not have uploaded or be apart of the file?

Currently, you can find the Theme Option , you can log in to Dashboard > Theme > Customize

Thanks Dominic. Also, watching the youtube video tutorials on homepage set-up. I see their is a widget “tabs” and “twitter”. I do not have these widgets in my theme. Anyway to get them?
