theme won't load - Wordpress Failure Notice

Have tried loading the zip package x 3 times and failed

have also tried to load the Quickstart zip x 2 time and failed

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
dw_simplex_product Stylesheet is missing.

I found the You Tube instructions confusing.
I have no idea what this image is about http://imgur.com/ucqsyUk ?
I already have WordPress installed on Bluehost.
I uploaded the folder via to WordPress Themes and get an error message
