But,when i install on my website,it doesn’t work
I want to konw why the page cannot load the js file form the plugin,an i can not get the question via ajax.

GuruPlease check your website again, as I guess you have resolved your issue.
sailor yinnop, and i have try it on my other site, but the problem is always like this. there’s no js file is loaded.
