Wael ShahinThis evening I made the Forever plan purchase and downloaded the themes/templates and also the Question Plugin, but nothing seems to be working.
- Themes don’t have the images so when I activate them they don’t look anything like the original demo you have on your site.
- The Q&A section, things are not formatted correctly or lined up See image (oh yes I can’t attach an image here, why not?)
DominicAbout your issue, you can add the following code to the style.css file to fix the format issue:
div#submit-question select, div#submit-question input[type="text"] {
width: 100%;
}
At the moment, the plugin getting the style from your site and you can get the style look like our demo. If you have any issue about the style, you can send me your page, I will help you resolve it as soon as possible.
Wael ShahinWhich Theme do you recommend? Your themes don’t work the way the demo does. They are missing the images. They are all just blank.
This fixed one part of it but not all other pages.
Also, I saw somewhere you told others that by getting a certain plugin they can have the Anonymous have a Register button to ask a question. I purchased all your plugins yet don’t see the one that gives the one that wants to post a question the option to register. Which plugin is that?
Dominic1. Please go to Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permissions then uncheck the anonymous can post the questions
2. You can use WordPress Social Login: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-social-login/
It still does not show. I installed but it does not show as option for people to login. Does it need to be added to menu?
