Thumbnails not showing on homepage

Hi,
For some reason thumbnails of the featured images aren’t always showing on the home page.
When listed as featured/related posts at the bottom of another post they’re fine, it’s just on the homepage. Equally, it’s not all posts, just some.
Any help would be appreciated.
