Hello
It seems as all my page titles have all changes to (no title) after installing the pro version.
Any ideas on this?

I have the same problem. When I enable the DW Knowledgebase Pro plugin (no title) appears on pages and any custom post type in the admin list view.

I upgraded to the Pro version this evening and I’m having the same problem. The titles are all showing as “(no title)” in the admin view, My email address is michael [at] itsupportsystems [dot] com and I’d be grateful if you could let me have the update as well. Thanks a million.

Actually, this is worse than I realised. The titles of all pages on the site have changed in the backend. I’ve had to de-activate the knowledgebase plugin to get them back. I’ll leave it de-activated until the morning and then it’s getting uninstalled if I haven’t heard from you. I’ve more to be doing with my time than installing and trying to deal with buggy plugins.

I have had enough of this junk. It has been uninstalled and I have requested a refund from Envato. I am also going to complain to Paypal. The issues with the plugin need to be addressed and it needs to be properly tested before being listed for sale.

@pachoman, you can check your email and download the plugin from the dropbox.
@michaelc, we have fixed and updated the plugin, you can let me know your email or send me username & password of your site, I will help you install the new plugin on your site.

I've already uninstalled and moved on. I have also requested a refund. If you want to email me an update, I'll install it and try again. I'm not prepared to hang around though. I wanted it up and running last weekend and I didn't expect it to take a week. I have tried downloading it from Envato again and it is still the same version. My email address is michael .at. itsupportsystems.com

Last try. Please either (1) provide a plugin that works, or (2) refund my payment. If this isn't sorted promptly, I'm going to raise a dispute with Paypal. Quite frankly, the software should not have been available for sale if it has bugs.

I’ve sent you the newest version of the plugin and this bug is fixed. Please check your email and download the plugin from Dropbox. After installing and checking, if the issue still persists, which I’m sure it won’t, just in case it happens, send me the login credentials to your website, I’ll do my best to help.
