twenty twelve integration

I have a couple of questions about integrating the plugin with the twenty-twelve theme.

I have followed the guide for integration. First, the left side bar does not show up. Second, how can I have the related answers to appear on the right side? Just like you have in this site? Thanks.

Currently, in the DW Q&A plugin version 1.1 we have removed the right sidebar. However, We are updating the next version and add the right sidebar to the DW Q&A.
