I’ve bought the theme DW Timeline Pro via themeforest and trying to install it like you are describing it in the documentation. When I try to install the demo content I’m getting an error:
Out of memory (allocated 88080384) (tried to allocate 24727680 bytes) in /var/www/web140/html/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-gd.php on line 102
I’ve already contacted my provider to set up the memory_limit from 64M to 128M, but that didn’t solved my problem. Can you explain me why I’m not able to import the demo content?

My provider set up the memory_limit to 256M, but the problem still exists.
My provider activated the Server-Error-Logs and when I try to import the demo-content and it fails, the logfiles create these entries:

Maybe that helps you do identify where the problem begins.
By the way: When I click on “Install”-button, the script is starting correctly and before the error appears the last thing that the script is doing is shown here:

We’ve just checked your site and found no error. Currently, you’ve managed to installing theme and demo and received all of our content. This error only occurs when you’re trying to install demo the again.

that is not correct. When you click on the link “Style guide” in the menu on the top, you didn’t get any content. I think that the import of the demo-content is not 100% complete.
And when I’m clicking on “Install” for the demo-content, the previous content will be fully deleted.
DominicFor the time being, the installing demo feature of DW Timeline Pro is working well I assure you. When you install the new demo, your existing content will be automatically deleted. As for the style guide page, you mention here, it’s not included in the demo. As you can see, this site is built separately. For now, we’ve added a new template to show the style guide like in our demo version

thank you for your answer, but I think that the demo-content is still not fully imported. When I try to customize my site, I'm not able to switch to another font because I'm getting a blank dropdown.
So in my opinion the demo content is not fully imported, please help me. I'm triyng for some days to get the template work!

I have helped you get all the content of the DW Timeline pro and all the feature/option of the theme working fine, I have checked about the select font option in the customize theme and it works fine.

You’re right, Dominic.
FYI: The fonts won’t be visible when the site is protected via .htaccess, that was my case.
