jamesprattHow to update DW Question and Answer pro v 1.1.2 to v 1.1.3? The older one already running on the site and I am trying to install the newer one through WordPress plugin install by uploading. But the status says “folder already exists.” Please describe me the process so, I can update.
DominicIn this case, you can delete the older version if you have not any custom in this version then upload the new version to active it. All the data will safe when deleting the older version.
Note: In the version 1.1.3, we have included the auto-update, you can go to the Questions > Setting to insert the Codecanyon key.
jamesprattI don’t have anything custom but i have some question and answer as i told you earlier it’s running so if i delete the older one and install the latest one then all of my question + answer will be there available or deleted too?
