Renee GiuglianoI just received an email letting me know of a new update available. But when I go to instal I get this message:
“Destination folder already exists. /home1/reneegph/public_html/forum/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/
Plugin install failed.”
How to do I update this?

DominicI have installed the DW Q&A plugin on our demo and it still works fine, you can remove the old plugin and install the latest version of the Q&A. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
