Upgrade to DW Q&A 1.4.2.1 now causes 404 errors on Q&A pages

How do I get this fixed?

About your issue, you can log in to Dashboard > Settings > Permalink then click Save Changes button then check your site. If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
