DominicI have checked on our demo and it works fine. In your case, you can try to disable all the plugin to check it. I think it’s a conflict between the plugin. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
I have checked and see that you are using the older version 1.3.1, please update the theme to latest version 1.3.2, I think this issue come from the version of the theme because I\’m using the latest version 1.3.2, checked this issue and see that it works fine. Please update the theme and check this issue then let me know if you still face their issue.
cn360We did NOT get any notice that there was a NEW version.
We have purchased MANY WP themes over the years precisely because of the notifications and upgrades can be accomplished with ‘one-click.’
1) Are you telling us that we have to MANUALLY check for updated versions?
2) Also we just purchased this theme about a week ago and in that time you made an upgrade?

I see your recommendation to upgrade to version 1.3.2, but we just pruchased today via Themeforest and only get version 1.3.1.
Please advise.
