Nifemi AlukoUsers on my website are not receiving email notifications when a question they ask is answered. The admin receives a notification but the person that asks the question does not receive a notification. Strangely enough, the person that answers the question receives a notification immediately after answering saying “You have a new answer for your followed question”. Anyone having this issue and how can I resolve it. Thanks.
DominicIf you are mentioning the anonymous user can not receiving email notifications when a question they ask is answered. The free version has some issues and the anonymous can not receive email notifications. We are checking and fixing this issue. We will release it as soon as possible.
If the user logged in your site and not receiving email notifications. Please send me username & password of your site for further checking.
