At first the voting system didn’t work at all, then i have found a custom css on your wordpress support page :
.single-dwqa-question .entry,
.single-dwqa-question .non-wp-entry,
.single-dwqa-question .hentry.dwqa-answer {
overflow: inherit;
}
This makes the voting and best answer work but only for admins, anonymus visitors can’t vote
Can you please help me?

At the moment, DW Q&A just supported for admins vote and does not support to anonymous visitor can vote. I sent and notified our technical team about this problem. We will discuss about this issue.

dominicThanks for your interesting in our product. We have checked it. In the latest version 1.4.2.2. Just Admin and editor can vote best answer and all the role will been allow to vote answer but some Role can not vote the Best answer.
and the anonymous can not vote answer or best answer.

Thank you for the quick response, I don’t see any issues with the set up being this way, however it does appear to be very misleading to the user at the time. How would they ever know you needed to be logged in to vote? it just appears broken as there is no indication they need to be logged in to be able to vote.
I know what you want. At the moment, our plugin does not an indication or notification to anonymous to they need to be logged in to be able to vote. We will check and discuss and find the best solution for this feature.
theyuvHello, I agree with the need for this. It would be great if the non-user can get an alert that he needs to register/login in order to vote.

The thing is before i went PRO, I didn’t knew that the voting sistem doesn’t work for non registred users. And i’ve done allot of research in all dwqa plugin files…
I’ve got the pro version, but i didn’t know about this issue, that only admin and editor can vote… I would like to have guest users (anonymus users) to vote the answers, or at least the “subscribers” of my blog to be able to vote.
Is it posible to have this resolved in a short period of time? If not, please tell me… Thing is that i kind of liked your product so far…
We have fixed this issue in the latest version of the plugin and we have updated this version into the Codecanyon in the Today. Please wait for 1 – 2days for the moderator of Codecanyon check. After 1 or 2 days you can download the fixed version in your profile.
